Developed, coordinated, facilitated, and taught Applied Problem Solving Program (G8D) and other courses to MascoTech employees at four plants in the Traverse City Region. This was later expanded to include four plants in the Central Region in southeast Michigan. Worked extensively with QFD (Quality Function Deployment) and QOS (Quality Operating System) programs. Provided support on team projects with a primary emphasis on cost reductions in business processes.
