Unlimited Priorities’ Archival Initiatives Division and Data Conversion Laboratory Continue Collaboration Through 2010

Cape Coral, FL (February 1,2010) – Unlimited Priorities, a company specializing in support for organizations within the information industry, and Data Conversion Laboratory, Inc. (DCL), providing conversion services and software to publishers, aggregators, industry, government, libraries and documentation developers, have renewed their cooperative working agreement through 2010 in support of the entire information community.

The announcement comes in conjunction with the launch of Unlimited Priorities’ new Archival Initiatives Division (AID), which was formed to offer practical consultative services to the archives community. Working with libraries, historical societies and associations, AID helps identify materials appropriate for conversion and commercial distribution. AID then coordinates with DCL on any data conversion processes required by the archive holder, while at the same time safeguarding the integrity of the collection.

In discussing this cooperative venture Iris L. Hanney, Unlimited Priorities president, said, “The continued relationship between our two companies dovetails perfectly with the introduction of our new Archival Initiatives Division. DCL’s experience working with challenging elements – 18th and 19th century publications, foreign languages, MARC records – and their ability to manage the most difficult of projects and master the workflows of efficiency makes them the perfect partner going forward.”
