Joseph M. Paulsen
Joseph M. Paulsen is responsible for web development, interface creation and maintenance. Joe has over 30 years experience in developing and designing information retrieval systems and databases, including design of the search engine for BRS Information Technologies. Among his many projects was one that resulted in HIPAA-compliant output for a hospital’s Medicaid billing system. Earlier in his career, Joe served as Manager of Online and Library Systems Development for the State University of New York Central Administration and was a Systems Engineer for IBM. Joe is from New York.

Charlotte Spinner
Charlotte Spinner will be involved in sales and will also serve as the firm’s Webmaster. Charlotte has a 23-year history in the information industry: she has provided database and web consulting services for 11 years and was part of the technical team at the American Psychological Association. During her 12-year tenure there, Charlotte helped to develop and support the PsycINFO database. She understands the communication challenges inherent in today’s complex technological world. She lives in Alexandria, VA.

Harold E. Way
Harold E. Way will focus on sales and research for Unlimited Priorities’ clients. Harold has been in the library world since 1967, working as a librarian at Johnson County (KS) Public Library, the Midwest Research Institute, Cornell University, and Western Michigan University. Following 22 years inside these libraries, Harold moved to the field where he was an account services manager for EBSCO and an electronic systems specialist for UMI (now ProQuest). Harold holds a Master of Library Science Degree from Western Michigan University. He lives in Overland Park, KS.

Bonnie B. Hawkwood
Bonnie B. Hawkwood has returned to Unlimited Priorities to handle marketing and sales. Previously, Bonnie worked in product management, business development, and editorial positions at Gale, MD Consult, and ProQuest. Her specialties are e-book and periodical aggregation. Often involved at the earliest start-up phase or generation of an idea, Bonnie managed well-known products such as ABI/INFORM, InfoTrac, and Gale Virtual Reference Library. Bonnie lives in Louisville, KY.
