The 2012 Joint Conference of Librarians of Color (JCLC) is fast approaching, and we want you to be a part of it! Scheduled for September 19-23, 2012 in beautiful Kansas City, MO, the theme for the conference will beGathering at the Waters: Celebrating Stories Embracing Communities.
The JCLC is open to everyone with an interest in diversity and libraries! In 2006, over 1,000 people from different backgrounds and a wide variety of libraries attended the inaugural JCLC. The 2012 conference promises even more exciting sessions, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and important events.
