Responsibilities include establishing of overall corporate policy, conducting all long-range planning for the corporation and overseeing all financial operations, including acquisition of subsidiary companies. This involves conducting feasibility studies, auditing the company finances; projecting company activities, earnings, and marketing strategy; ensuring that contractual requirements of client companies and client agencies of the U.S. Government are met with contractual timelines, directing, and approving, the preparation of proposals written by technical and marketing staffs, and other activities as dictated by necessity and responsibility.
